Refund Policy for our Community Membership Subscription

 

We appreciate your interest in joining our expat community! To ensure a fair experience, we offer the following guidelines regarding our subscription refund policy:

 

1. Subscription Cancellations and Refunds  

   - Within the First 14 Days of Subscription: New members who decide to cancel within the first 14 days of their initial subscription are eligible for a full refund, allowing time to explore the community and assess its fit.

   - After the First 14 Days: Cancellations made after 14 days are non-refundable as we strive to offer immediate access to exclusive resources, event invitations, and networking opportunities.

2. Renewal Cancellations  

For monthly or annual subscriptions that renew automatically, members can cancel anytime before the renewal date to avoid charges for the upcoming period. Once a renewal has been processed, it is non-refundable.

 

3. Exceptional Circumstances

4. Processing Refunds 

Approved refunds will be issued within 7-14 business days and returned via the original payment method. Additional processing times may vary based on your payment provider.
